Two bedroom units: 3 night minimum stay. Three and four bedroom units: 4 night minimum. There are exceptions over some holidays. Maid service provided at the end of your stay Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a $35.00 non-refundable insurance waiver due with final deposit. Payment: Payment can be made by credit card, cash, personal check, and traveler's check. Check-in and Check-out: You can check into your unit after 4pm. Check-out time is no later than 10am on your last day. Cancellations and Change policies: Reservations cancelled on or before 60 days prior to your arrival, will receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 handling fee. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit the entire rent deposit. However, if the unit is re-rented for the entire time you had it reserved, we will refund your deposit less a $25 handling fee.
